I made this for the JustRite Stampin' Champion Contest as a tribute to my dear mom!saw this idea in my head and immediately thought of a pillow that we could put in the guest room she uses to visit. I used the Large Monogram Stamper with the Times Roman font and the Damask Border set. It was stamped with Sky Blue Brilliance ink and then heat set with an iron to make it permanent. I sewed on some pearls around the monogram to give it a more feminine look! My mom would be so proud-- I even used the sewing machine my grandma gave me to make it! (I'm sure grandma's smiling down from heaven!) The card says - "M" is for Mother and includes this poem:.
"M" is for Mother
"M" is the million hugs she gave me,
"O" with only unconditional love.
"T" is for the tears she shed
"H" with a heart of purest gold
"E" is for her eyes, with love-light shining,
"R" is for right from wrong she taught me all along.
Put them all together and "MOTHER" youÂ’ll see. A word and woman that means the world to me.
