I made this for Beate's Inspiration challenge #22 Blogs at Splitcoaststampers . Take a look, it was a great inspiration and there were at least 4 directions I would have liked to take it. I wanted to try this technique with fantasy film that was posted on a thread (faux carnival glass), so I thought I'd give it a go for this challenge. Here's the thread - Forums at Splitcoaststampers . You cover your ground (I think ideally glass, but I used card) with several layers of UTEE, and while it's hot you press on the fantasy film and then stamp on it. It was fun, but I need to have another go. Anyway, it did give me the lovely glass-like effect I was looking for. I got the crackle effect in the middle one by overheating it, and adding more UTEE on top - it really reminds me of the pottery with crackleware in it, but whether I'd get the same effect again is questionable, LOL.
So, I did 3 circles and one vase, using a different colour of film. I gently sponged some pressed flowers with green ink and put them in the vase. The sentiment is from Think Happy Thoughts, and I added a white flower brad. Then I layered it up on blue Bazzill Bling and put Icicle Stickles round the edge. The white layer is mounted with a narrow mount of brown Bazzill and then onto a blue Bazzill Bling card base.

Great results! Looks like you had fun trying out the technique. You can change out the colors of UTEE for even more color combinations.
Your layout is a good one to highlight those pretty faux carnival glass pieces!
