Happy Birthday Billie aka myboys!!!!! Stacy aka Twinshappy challenged a group of us to make Billie a birthday card using flowers and a blue theme. The images are from a new sheet that will be available from
Innovative Stamp Creations after 9/2. It is called Harlequin Flowers II and has 2 sizes of the flower used for my background, the awesome frame and the words.
