This is for TLC183. I really struggled with this. First I found the white ink doesn't show up well on a lot of lighter cardstock. Then I realized not all images look well with faux embossing, (they were too detailed), so then I had trouble finding a stamp that work well with this technique. I decided to stop trying to do something 'impressive' and just stick with a simple card to practise the technique. I still feel the card needs something else: stitching, layers etc. But if I would have added more layers, I would have covered up the faux embossing (Its in the background) UGH! Just one of those days. In the end, even though I enjoyed learning a new technique, I'll probably never do it again, because who needs to since the cuttlebug was invented? LOL!

I don't think it really needs anything else, although I suppose stitching around the mat would reflect the stitching on the pocket. I think it's fantastic as it is, love the zingy flowers and the brad centres, and of course the embossed background
