I didn't have anything to make bolts for the side of his head, but I will come up with something before I make more, I want to make a bunch for some friends and family for halloween treats!

ETA: I started with a peice of old olive cardstock cut to 5 X 11 inches. Scored it at 1 1/4 inches on both sides, the long side, and scored it at 4 1/2 inches on both ends, the short side. From there you can see where your box base will be. You will cut away part of the sides to make the box, I didn't use an exact measurement, just eyballed it, but it is about 3 1/8 to 3 1/4 inches that I cut off of the sides. I am not very good at explaining directions......I decorated the box while it was still flat and then put it together, easier for me. the purple hair peice is 2 inches and the I just cut the jagged hairline free hand. The finished box measures 4 1/2 inches tall, I used a sticky velcro dot to hold it together at the top. Hope that helps. PM if you have any questions. Thanks!

Super cute! How about push pins for bolts? Maybe you could attach a cork or something on the inside so the pin part doesn't prick. Or, actually find some small bolts to attach. Very, very adorable idea!
