After I assemble all my stamps and get most of my new goodies put away, my first task at hand is to use each new set at least once before I dive into my swaps for this go round. Here is the card I did today with the Under the Stars set. I love how it turned out. The pattern strips of paper are from the hostess sampler pack. Thanks to Becky (beccabatgirl) I learned that these new dsp's are called patterns instead of prints (like in the old catty.) I was still calling them by the old name. I used the sentiment that is included in the set and added the U from ABC alpha lower and the R is from Simple Serif mini alpha. I will give this to my ds tomorrow after his first two full days of first grade. (I'd put it in his lunch but I fear he would throw it out-yikes!) www.mylittlecreativeescape.blogspot.com
