This is one of my favorite sets in the new catalog. I like it even more after playing with it. I'm a huge fan of Zindorf's work and kept her tutorials in mind when I made this card.
To create my scene, I dabbed So Saffron ink across Whisper White cs with a sponge. Then I punched out a 1 1/4" circle on a Post-It Note for my moon and sponged Really Rust along the top two-thirds and the very bottom. Then I sponged on Bravo Burgundy across the top, bottom and a bit across the moon. Lastly, I stamped the silhouette image with Basic Black. The image had a tough time transferring all of the black ink from the stamp onto the cs on two of the flowers, but I still really like it. (I made four of the panels and each time the silhouette had a tough time. There was plenty of ink on the stamp, but it wouldn't transfer onto the cs. I'll keep playing with it though.)
My card base is stamped tone-on-tone with the Canvas Background. I used my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig for the sentiment stamped on the So Saffron panel. All panels are layered with Basic Black cs.
