This is my card for Sharon's Stamp Simply #47 - Something Old challenge over on her blog found here: Blogs at Splitcoaststampers The challenge is to dig deep into you cabinets and pull out a stamp that hasn't been touched in ages. If I'm not mistaken, this is the very first SU set I purchased and the fact that it feels like Fall here in NE Ohio today, thought it appropriate to use for this challenge.
I don't know if you can see it in the photo, but I scored the dp with my Scor-Pal then got it a little dirty with Ranger Vintage Photo distress ink. The leaves are from a Creative Memories punch. After punching several different colors, I layed them on the really rust ink pad and got them a little dirty too! The image was stamped on glossy white paper with India Ink Black then colored by using various SU inks and inking nibs. Hope you like it ... TFL.

Oh, Darlene - what a fun card!!! I love it!!! Yes, unfortunately, it is very fall like here today, too -- but it is that time of year, what can we do!!! I love your use of bright and fun DP here, the fun image colored so nicely, your leaves and ribbon slider tag -- totally fabulous card!! So glad you could play -- thanks!
