I stamped the flowers onto an acetate card using white Staz On. On a white card, I washed the surface with blue and green Twinkling H2O's to create the appearance of sky and ground. I placed the white card inside the acetate and attached the two with a ribbon at the top.

I love the card you did..thought you might like another take on creating the backround. I recently took a class at Archiver's where they had us use a brayer and multi colored ink pad called Kaleidacolor to create the look of the rainbow.
