There's no end to my scrap pile so this was a needed challenge! The yellow layer was a stamp image gone bad so I flipped it and used the back. My 'popped' seagull on post was with the scrap sections of dimensionals that remain after you pop the circles out. The brayered BG was a leftover piece trimmed from a previous project. The black edging was CB'd w/my new Frills EF then I cut around the edge (looks like border punch but it's not). So there's a wee bit of a dent in my scrap pile now. :-)

Neat card! I just got the frills borders and have been using them only as embossed images - seeing your cut border opens up a whole new way of using them. Thanks for sharing this wonderfully creative idea!

Terrific card. I love the way you tied the twine around the ribbon, and even the pelican on the piling adds so much to the overall design of this card.
