Default SBVC174 - Let's Celebrate (3/14/12)
Well, it is that time of year again - my birthday! Actually it is Friday but we can start the celebration now. I'm celebrating tomorrow night by having dinner with several of my girlfriends. My husband and girls and I will celebrate Saturday night. I get to watch my girls dance team perform on my actual birthday.

Since my birthday is the day before St. Patricks Day, my mom almost always got me a birthday cake that was inspired by that holiday.

So, this is an easy challenge. Scrap a page celebrating something. At least one photo must show friends and/or family celebrating also. Also, you must include green on your page to celebrate St. Patricks Day.

I don't have a sample page yet because I want to scrap my fab time with my friends tomorrow night. I'll post it this weekend.

Happy Birthday Michele! I have brand new pictures from this week of a wonderful celebration that we have been part of. I will do those - but I don't think I'll be able to incorporate green. We'll see!

Love love love love this challenge!! I had amazing memories of an incredible celebration that happened this week that we were part of to scrapbook and this came at just the right time! There are so many photos that I needed a two page spread. Most of the photos are my own, except three that were taken by the Rick Hansen Foundation's professional photographer. The one of Ben in a wheelie is one of them, and is my fave!

My Tomboy daughter on her 16th Birthday, really does not look much like a tomboy anymore.

Okay, at first glance my layout may not seem to fit the challenge, but it really is a celebration layout. We celebrated my son's sixth birthday with a Jedi knight training party, so the photos show all the kids having fun at his party! I especially love the gleeful look on my son's face as he holds up the Darth Vader pinata.
