Hi all! I am back again with some last minute gift ideas! Since Christmas is SOCLOSE I wanted to create some smallish gifts, perfect for friends and family that were very cost effective, but also very cute!

Inside each Basket is a candy cane, some shred filler, and a personalized Lip Balm container!
I used one of the Lip Balm Kits along with some coconut oil and peppermint essential oil (to add fragrance and create a minty feel) to create the Lip Balm tins. Here is the process:

I pour my beeswax into the top of a double boiler. You definitely want to use a double boiler (or make one using two pots that fit inside like I did).

Here is the coconut oil added to the beeswax.

My beeswax and coconut oil are now all melty, so it's time to add the Peppermint Essential Oil! You want to make sure to use an essential oil since this is going on your skin. IMPORTANT. Seriously.

This is a close up of all my filled tins. I have a rounded serving spoon and pour it in to each container. The containers should be sitting on a flat surface because they get SUPER HOT and you don't want burning fingers!
Then I cut strips of the Simply Spring patterned paper and wrap it around my now cooled tin, punch a 1 1/4" circle of the Simply Spring paper for the top, and then personalize it using AlphaDOTS (the most versatile set EVER, I swear!)

And here is the finished package, ready to give away to all my favorite peeps!!!
This is just a jumping off point, so feel free to get creative! And if you need these like yesterday, you can always use a DIGI image (and BUNCH more were released TODAY) and fill your Holiday Treat Box with candy or bath salts, or whatever YOUR heart desires!
