I have been so BAD the past few weeks! I have bought a ton of stamping toys. Yesterday I placed an order for three sets of Basic Grey lines, yes I mean the paper, brads, buttons and fabric buttons. Last week I ordered 8 Martha Stewart Edgers. I'm still waiting for an order to arrive from Kim. Canadian customs is just brutal this time of year. I also placed a huge order with Kim at the time of the last release and I placed an order for 6 sets of Spellbinders dies the first week in December.
I decided I needed to put my stamp spending on a bit of a budget starting in January. I think I am trying to buy everything now before the new year begins! LOL
I don't think I quite understand you.....stamping BUDGET? That's Canadian for "needs cool new stuff" right?
Well, I get home from work today to find out my tree stand is BROKEN... WHAT THE.... Can you say Drive to Wal Fart, Kame apart, Sunbirds, and FINALLY Rite-Aid has one...SO I rush home and DH is of course GROUCHY as all get out cuz he has to lift his arse outta the recliner to put the tree into the stand... and get this... a HUGE Humpy thing in the tree which causes it to lean... SO, I have a friggin CROOKED TREE and a beechy DH (no not Dear) and a grouchy ME!!!! I am SOOO not impressed this year with Christmas... DH does this to me EVERY YEAR, RUINS the beauty and fun of the Christmas tree...

so I have a question, just to help me justify my purchases.... Has anyone else bought themselves any presents in the last few days? I've been bad and bought myself a sweater yesterday (it was 50% off and I've been eyeing it for over a month. plus I know it's not anything someone else would have bought for me for Christmas) AND I hit the submit button on a MFT order this morning. bad, bad, bad, BUT I'm too excited and couldn't pass up that Nov. Kit at that price. Plus a few other things just jumped in my cart! Tell me it's okay. lol! DH was a little annoyed when I came home with the sweater (he'll never know about the stamps, He said, "you can't buy yourself anything 3 days before Christmas!" What does he know?
I will have you know that my cat is a GREAT little shopper!! She gets her mom all kinds of great stuff!! MFT would diffently qualify!!! As for the sweater, would DH have bought that for you?? Nope, probably not. So I say good job on getting it at 50% off!!

There is no ONLY about it! Being a Guest Designer is HUGE! You definitely got a good month! Really, I don't know when there's been a bad month! lol But this month's release is really good!
Here's a picture of my last order that arrived last week. This yummy box also contained the new release stamp sets, but I didn't photograph them! Sorry Girls! The funny thing is that I missed ordering the Princess Ribbon and Pearls so I had to place another order again the next day. I'm still waiting for that one to arrive. I think someone at Canadian customs is playing princess with my ribbon!

Well then you don't have a problem!!! Unless your are going into serious debt, I don't see the problem.

Linda, I bet you stamped something beautiful but I saw several snicker bars and I just can't see anything else. ACK! I love snickers, you could wrap them in any junk and I'd be so happy with a snickers that I wouldn't notice.

I think you need to live in Elizabeth, NJ so I can stop over and browze thru your packages and then we can have tea and muffins and stamp together.

that is not a problem my dear. sometimes problems arise from having a DH.
If you are content with yourself that is usually when you meet the best people. So if you're in the market for a hubby, instead of looking for one, think about yourself and what you want to be and want to do and just do that and you'll probably attract Mr. Right.
