that doesn't even happen in the middle of the summer!
Yesterday I sent a package out and as I was heading in some man said to me there's a big line. I got inside and there were 6 people. I was expecting 20. And the line moved fast. Of course that was one of the little PO's in the next tiny town. I never go to the main PO in town anymore. It's out of control there and a fearful place, between the pan handlers and the bad tempers.

If 6 people is a big line to that fella, I hate to see what he thinks of going to the grocery store.

I'm NEVER the sixth person in line at the grocery store. On a bad day, I'm third!

In all the places you've lived and travelled to, have you been to any that have high population densities? Where I am it's really high, probably where Bonnie is too.

I've lived in Dallas and Denver...is that dense? I went on many grocery ventures in Santiago. Even in a foreign country, I wasn't the sixth. That's a LONG line!! Maybe I go at a slow time...

Megan, do you shop in the morning? It seems like there aren't any lines in the mornings because most people are at work!

There are quite a few more souls that live in my area since we moved here almost 30 years ago, and I'm still only maybe 4th in line ever at our Giant Eagle.

What makes me mad though is that at Walmart, they have like 20 cash registers, and only open up the end ones! What about the ones in the middle????!!! Why not make those express do it yourself registers?! I like doing it myself. I can get out of there quicker! I really don't like to shop, even though I don't do it often! LOL!

the really busy groceries near me have a dozen or more registers going at one time and they usally have about 4 people in the lines.

See, I told you I have a hard time getting photos taken before it gets dark here! I just got home from the mall and I remembered that I should really take a quick picture of this little cutie! I stamped her last night along with a couple of other projects.

She is just a "not nice word". Her DH and mine work together, well he got laid off and was making two mortgage payments on two unemployment checks, needless to say the rates aren't THAT high for checks, so we needed to move into town since Bub was leaving and he was Hailey's ride to school...we pay their mortgage and we are closer to school... it was a win win, THEN SHE CAME ALONG... instead of a friendly agreement between DH's she decides to put all this crap into a rental agreement, AFTER we had moved half our crap into the house.... I am all good with leases etc... but she even specified WHERE we were to put the dog kennel at... ummmm, WAY out in the toolie woods exposed to weather... NOT!

SO, I am tempted to go and buy white gloves present them to her on a silver platter and sit here and stamp.... I TOO can be a "not nice word" if pushed!!!!

KJ, this snot sounds like a real winner. I think she needs to spend some time at the zoo for "mental therapy". Expose a dog, or any animal, to all the elements that's not supposed to be out there all of the time, what rock did she climb out under?

I know, and it was 8* here .... that is NOT a good situation AND my dogs are 12 and 13 years old... SO not a good thing.... poor babies, but now that it is up to 51* they are back outside but on the porch where they HAVE been since we moved in, covered porch and sleeping in their Dogloo's! I bought a lit penguin to match the dogloo's so that they weren't SO ugly on the porch

LOL, I have to share a couple of pictures of my puppy from this week. I spent the last few days at my parents place and our puppy is almost two now and he is just over 100 pounds! He is the biggest baby, I just adore him! My parents have one of those Christmas light deer on the back deck. Duke likes to snuggle up beside it when he sleeps! It is so cute!

Oh yeah, I bet you do. I'm grinning just thinking about some of your ideas. *snicker* Ok, back to stamping Christmas presents.

I finally finished last week's entry, and this week's entry. I'm pretty proud of myself. That blasted migraine really put a damper on my stamping.
