It's week ten of our new WSC Getting Sketchy. I hope you all enjoy this weeks sketch as much as I did!
We encourage you all to play along, and to enter your card in the weekly draw for a $15 gift voucher to the MFT Boutique. Simply follow the sketch and create a card or other paper creation. You may use any stamps and supplies that you wish. Each week, a keyword is assigned to the sketch. All you need to do to enter, is upload your card to the gallery at SCS, and enter the given keyword in the keyword box, during the upload process. After the deadline, we randomly choose a winner from that week's entries and the winner will receive a $15 gift voucher. If the winning card uses MFT stamps, the participant will earn a $5 bonus, for a total of a $20 gift voucher! That is up to $100 per month in prizes, JUST for playing along. We hope you'll join us in 2011.
Upload your creation to SCS using keyword MFTWSC10 for a chance to win this weeks prize (see above). You have until noon Tuesday, March 15 to play along.
Check out the FAQ - Wednesday Stamp Club thread if you need any further info on this challenge or help on how to upload your card to the gallery.
The winner of this weeks challenge is Nancy Guse aka ycnan You can find her card HERE.
Howdy Chicks! I had fun with this one this week! Fred's lasso 'tied' him all up so I thought that worked perfect as the ribbon, so I went from there and made it into a scene card!
How cute are all these samples girls? I needed a thank you note for one of my daycare clients.... I paired some new My Mind's Eye paper with a sentiment from Textile Rectangle. My little flower embellie is made with the largest of the Perfect Petal Trio, a circle punch and a twine tied button.
I had so much fun making this card. I just got the buttons die-namics and I had so much fun with it. Take a look at the close up picture of my little button I made. I will talk more about it on my blog post. Hope you like it. I think I am totally addicted to these buttons...LOL
Can anyone tell me how to get my card to upload to the MFT gallery? I can only seem to upload to my personal gallery. Thanks for the help.
Susie
Susie, as you upload into your own gallery, all you have to do is type in the keywords MFT, and for this challenge you want to use MFTWSC10 and it will "magically" appear in the MFT challenge gallery. Hope this helps and can't wait to see your pretty card!
What gorgeous samples for inspiration! You're a hard act to follow! Here's my HAPPY EASTER CARD.

Thanks Trader Girl. I have been putting MFT and the code in the keyword section for 2 weeks - and my cards never seems to get the "magic move". Any thoughts?

For each weekly sketch challenge you also need to use the keyword specific for that week. This week it's MFTWSC10

I just checked your gallery for your card from last week's sketch, and you've done everything correct...it's in the MFTWSC9 gallery. Just keep doing what you're doing and you should be good.
