Hello and Happy Thursday! I'm bringing you today's challenge from the Pacific Northwest where we have had an unseasonably cool summer. This week it has been warm, but the clouds have absolutely refused to burn off! I realize that other parts of the country have been miserably hot this summer, but I am in need of some heat!
Today's challenge is all about HEAT! I am looking for images that generate heat or techniques that use heat. Go ahead and get creative with your heat!
Here is my sample for today's challenge: Sunset Thanks
Here is Collette's sample: Create Joy

I've really been enjoying the cool weather but the rest of the week it's supposed to get into the 80's. That's too hot for me, I stay warm enough with my "power surges".
Fun challenge. Would be more than happy to send some of our heat your way - many days with temps over 100 and heat index of 115+. Very unseasonal for the midwest. Won't have time to play today, but I'll be playing tomorrow afternoon.

Toni, I am one of those that envy you with those cooler temps. We had a couple of week of hovering or over 100 here. The whole summer...starting in early May has been HOT. The electric company is very happy! : ) Fun challenge...and timely!
Oh, Toni, don't remind me that it's supposed to be CRAZY hot AGAIN this weekend... but, I will not whine too much because I am re-doing my stamp room this weekend with a new room, new furniture, and it was DH's idea!
Here is my card for today's challenge! Love how your still see the dp throught the embossed image on this card. Hope you like ithttp://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2030491?&cat=500&ppuser=178754

It's starting to cool off a little here the last couple of days, so I heated things back up with my heat gun this morning. Thanks for the inspiration! Here's my card.
My apologies that I accidentally had the keyword on an earlier upload - I'll be along with something current shortly.
It's been an odd summer here - warm enough, but very little real sunshine. Plants and vegetables have not known what to make of it.
I'm new to this challenge and thought I'd give it a try. We've had some really hot weather this summer in Minnesota so I can relate to HEAT! Thanks for looking! Island Babe

Oh my word! You lucky girl! Did you two want to escape the heat and re-do my craft room??? We have low 70's forecast for this weekend!
