Brown. Pretty basic, right? One we really take for granted.
Today let's take the time to take a second look at it and rediscover how beautiful it is. It's warm, rich and when compared to black, it gives a beautiful softness. I love stamping in brown instead of black for a more subtle look. Brown is also a basic in nature. I'd love to see how you use brown. Your card doesn't have to be monochromatic but it can be if you wish. Just use brown as the predominant theme and you're good for this challenge. I can't wait to see all the beautiful brown creations. It's sure to warm us up on a chilly day.
Please remember to put WT297 in your keywords section and post a link back here. We'd all love to see your newly created projects.
LOVE this challenge and off to play! Thanks, Julia!

Enjoyed your challenge today, Julia. Thanks! Brown seemed to say "vintage" to me, so I went that route. I used Beate's latest tutorial on my card as well.

Looking at the gallery for this challenge, I find it simply amazing that brown can look different in so many lovely ways. Each card I see is a beauty and one I'd love to make or receive myself. That isn't always the case (no pun intended) but with this brown challenge it is definitely true. Great job one and all!
