I LOVE this trend of frames - it really floats my boat! So, at long last, here is my "framed" card. I have quite a few Christmas cards on the go using this same idea - it's just so cool!!

Thanks for this challenge I have a whole lot of frames in my stash and usually overlook them! Ended up with a fairly simple card for my brother-in-law's birthday, but he really liked it which is always nice.
