I was working on the inspiration challenge from the weekend and then I saw this challenge to use yellow. So it helped to make the decision on what background paper to use! The yellow is sure bright and cheery, and really worked with this fun card.
I love that this challenge complements this week's SCS color challenge! Two challenges in one card, FTW! (Actually mine fits three challenges... read the deets to find out how. )
Since I am a monochromatic person, I go all out with one color usually My card is 5 X 5 and the cardbase is GPW layered with So Saffron and then a layer of Delicate Dots dsp. I embossed a piece of GPW with Damask ef and then punched one side with the MS Lattice punch. I also punched out the flowers with Spellbinders Blossoms Two dies and curled them, adding an adhesive pearl in the center. The butterly is popped up and layered with more adhesive pearls for the body.

Well, this was easy! I'm really happy with the image I got for my upload. I was afraid my white-on-yellow wouldn't come through in the scan. Sun is shining on me today, I guess.

I made another one! I love the yellow. It's just so bright and cheery. Not totally sure that I absolutely LOVE this card, but it made me smile to make it!
I rarely use yellow on a card so this Challenge gave me the perfect excuse to break out my yellow stash and actually colour something yellow, plus I love this cute little duck - he looked at me from my stamp drawer and said "please pick me", so I did, and here is the result:
You can go back and do the numbers easily. Just go to your gallery and bring up your card and there will be a place to edit. Add your numbers and click submit and you got it!
Response would make more sense here, I just figured out how to include the question in a response, see I am a bit of computer dummy too!
You can bring your card up in your gallery and click edit, add your numbers and then go down and click submit. Hope that helps
