I hadn't made a card since Sunday until last night and even though I didn't have time to get started until a little after 9pm I made darn sure to get this challenge done!

This gave me the chance to use the new stamping Up paper I ordered,
The Celery and Very Vanilla. I like the way that look together on a card

It's difficult to see from the scan, but crackle accents has been applied to each square. This was my first time working with this medium. Fun!

Here's my card. Someone mentioned leaving the paper in the freezer for 10 minutes rather than just 2 or 3. This works WAY better.
Cracked Blue Viola's
I wish the foto could show how gorgeous this blue shiny glossy paper is.
I had bought it months and months ago and saving it specifically for my DH birthday which is today!
I hope he likes the card.

Julia, thanks so much for this great challenge. I had Crackle accents at my house for a while now and finally got a chance to use it. I had fun playing with it.

I have uploaded this disaster, not because I am proud of it...but you just have to see it, to believe it!! It was hard to capture it in the photo, but the description will tell you about it....come on over and have a look, it will make you feel great about your card!

I do have to say, that I am not really devastated, I find it quite funny - it could only happen to me - can't wait for this weeks challenge!!!
