Sunday 05/19 - VSBN Challenge 16 - My Mother Always Said
I don�t know about you but there are many days where I wish I could be split into 2 ~ life as a mom can be crazy busy! I have 2 teenage girls neither of whom drive yet so I am their personal chauffer and then some! It�s hard doing it all and I can�t tell you how many times a day I give up a small prayer for patience and perseverance! As much as it drives me crazy I know one day, this too shall pass and I�ll crave for these crazy busy days. It�s a special relationship I have with God, I pray for my children to be happy and he answers with me going nuts keeping up with them :rolleyes: .
I�ve seen the following quote many times and as simple as it seems, it makes me feel like I�m fulfilling a purpose:
God could not be everywhere and therefore he made mothers.
My challenge is for you to create a 'Day in Your Life' page (can be your own day or a day of a loved one). Good challenge. I know what you mean abut going nuts to keep everything running smoothly. Now with DD and her family moved back from Colorado, I think my life is going to get busier...not any slower!
Only 8th! The older I get, the harder it is to tell the younger ones ages!
I'm going to go through some of the more recent challenges to see what inspiration I can come up with. I'll have to do something for a Saturday since that seems to be the one day I'm usually the busiest.

GREAT challenge! It's truly amazing for life to go from Crazy Busy to Quiet. I have gone through that ... now my College Sons have moved home ... it's chaos again. I was thinking that last night as 12-15 guys (21 yr olds) were in my yard at a bon fire.

We have been having tornado warnings and actual hailstorms this afternoon, as well as power outages. This is first time I have had access to the Internet all afternoon. Setting all the clocks, and hope to work on some of the challenges this evening.
