**Now taking applications for JANUARY VSBN coordinator(s)!!**
It is time to start thinking of our next VSBN, which should be in January! I copied/pasted all of the following from Kimmie and Darcy's threads from thier VSBNs.....
Here are the majority of the duties for being a VSBN Coordinator but not necessarily a complete list!!!!
- work with SCS staff (must approve everything through staff first, such as dates for VSBN, instant uploading etc.
- VIP: KEEP IN CONTACT WITH STAFF throughout the planning of VSBN.
- take applications for hostesses and keep in close contact with them; keep them motivated and on schedule
- come up with the theme for the VSBN weekend
- responsible for organizing the prizes and postage
- help hostesses pick a challenge that hasn't already been done & is easy enough for everyone on SCS; keep hostesses updated on VSBN information
- get all info from hostesses, including challenge ideas, shopping list, write-ups, sample pics etc.
- make sure all questions are answered about VSBN on SCS
- post shopping list and all VSBN information in VSBN forum
- publicize the upcoming event with the assistance of the hostesses
- responsible for posting challenges and samples during VSBN and will collect the challenge winners and honorable mention information and post in a timely manner
- there is a big time commitment leading up to the VSBN event and for the weekend of VSBN you must be available ALL DAY on SCS and even MORE of a time commitment afterwards getting the prizes ready as well as getting the winners and all.
- and other various duties!!!
Okay girlies!!! Now if you aren't scared off by that.......I am currently taking applications to be the next VSBN Coordinator!! It will be sometime during the month of January, 2007.
Here are a few questions for you to think about, then email Karin and I with your application!!!!
1. Do you have the time to make a serious commitment to VSBN??
2. Have you been a VSN/VSBN hostess before and are you familiar with the concept??
3. Please come up with a couple of theme ideas for the next VSBN.
4. What would make you a good Coordinator??
5. What suggestions do you have to make VSBN a bigger and better event?
YES, I need to see some excitement too! PLEASE send your applications soon so we can make a decision!!!!!! Hurry, hurry, hurry! It is SO fun to be the coordinator for a VSBN!

hmmm...January eh? January is usually not so busy at my house. Maybe I will apply? I will think on it but first I should think it would be most important to come up with a fabulous theme.
