SOOOO sorry I'm posting the sketch late today, it's supposed to be 113 degrees here in AZ today so I had to get all my errands done early so I can hole up in my A/C'd house for the rest of the day, haha!

Every Friday, a Diva will post a sketch for your enjoyment. Your cards, using the sketches, must be uploaded by the last Thursday of the month (check for the due date below!) The winner will be announced on the next day and will win a $100 gift certificate to VERVE! How awesome is that?! Just a reminder, Verve stamps are NOT required but we love to see you use them. Feel free to flip, rotate, resize, or otherwise alter the sketch as long as we can tell you USED the sketch!
For June, we'll have FOUR sketches! All FOUR cards must be uploaded to the VLVJun2012 gallery by midnight, CST on Thursday, June 28th to be eligible to win this month's prize! Winner will be announced on June 29th! GOOD LUCK!
Keywords for the entire month will be VLVJun2012 and Verve (if using Verve stamps).
If you're new to the gallery, here's a little info on how to add your cards to our gallery:
If you haven't uploaded your cards yet, just click the Upload a Card link in the left sidebar. Keep the default category as Member Galleries. Then follow the form to browse to the photo of your card on your computer, enter a title and description then click upload/submit. On the next screen it asks you for the ingredients of the card and also has a Keyword section. In this section type the keyword for this month's challenges... VLVJun2012. When you're done filling things out, click process. It takes a few minutes to show up in our challenge gallery but as long as you've got the correct keyword, your photo will eventually appear in the VLVJun2012 Gallery
If you've already uploaded your cards, you can edit the keywords by going to the photo in your gallery. In the bottom right corner under the information below the picture, there is an Edit Photo button. Click this, then in the Edit keywords section add the VLVJun2012keyword and then click process. These changes take about 10 minutes or so to appear, but then your card should appear in our challenge gallery.

I'm very new to Splitcoast Stampers, and want to play along in the Verve sketch challenges this month. LOADS of fun!
So......question #1 - Is it OK to make a post for each card individually (total 4 posts/comments with card link).....or, is it better to wait until the end of the four weeks and make ONE post with all FOUR cards in the same post? I sure hope that makes sense. LOL
usually what ends up happening is you can post to each week thread and you load your card in the gallery as you go. then when all the challenges have been posted for the month they be a new thread where you post the individual link for all your cards and that where the winner is pulled from. hope that make sense
OK, so the way I'm understanding this is to link each separately, week by week, and then....go back at the end and link all four to the final thread. That makes sense.
However, here's a legit question.....you know where is says to use the code VLVJune2012 and Verve (if using Verve Stamps).....does that mean to use the and code AND the word Verve after it if using Verve stamps (which I am, by the way), or does it mean to use the code Verve INSTEAD of the other code when you link it?
I know...lots of questions, but I want to be sure I do it right after all my efforts. LOL

Just finished mine for week one. This was a tough one for me! Perhaps because I needed to make a masculine card and I chose to use the sketch for that. Anyways...

I really liked this sketch but it took me ages to work out what I was going to use with it. This Rose Card which may be used for an anniversary is what I eventually created. Thanks
