TGIF everyone!! It's Friday and you know what that means...a new Viva La Verve Sketch!! I'm sharing another one of my favourite sketches this week. Again, please feel free to substitute shapes and embellishments. Okay, let's PLAY!!
Details:
Every Friday, a Diva will post a sketch for your enjoyment. Your cards, using the sketches, must be uploaded by the last Thursday of the month (check for the due date below!) The winner will be announced on the next day and will win the ENTIRE next Verve stamp release! How awesome is that?! Just a reminder, Verve stamps are NOT required but we love to see you use them. Feel free to flip, rotate, resize, or otherwise alter the sketch as long as we can tell you USED the sketch!
For July, we'll have FOUR sketches! All four cards must be uploaded to the VLVJul2011 gallery by midnight, CST on Thursday, July 28th to be eligible to win this month's prize! Winner will be announced on July 29th! GOOD LUCK!
Keywords for the entire month will be VLVJul2011 and Verve (if using Verve stamps).

**Some Upload Information**
If you're new to the gallery, here's a little info on how to add your cards to our gallery:
If you haven't uploaded your cards yet, just click the Upload a Card link in the left sidebar. Keep the default category as Member Galleries. Then follow the form to browse to the photo of your card on your computer, enter a title and description then click upload/submit. On the next screen it asks you for the ingredients of the card and also has a Keyword section. In this section type the keyword for this month's challenges...VLVJul2011. When you're done filling things out, click process. It takes a few minutes to show up in our challenge gallery but as long as you've got the correct keyword, your photo will eventually appear in the VLVJul2011 Gallery.
If you've already uploaded your cards, you can edit the keywords by going to the photo in your gallery. In the bottom right corner under the information below the picture, there is an Edit Photo button. Click this, then in the Edit keywords section add the VLVJul2011 keyword and then click process. These changes take about 10 minutes or so to appear, but then your card should appear in our challenge gallery.
To get those creative juices flowing, here's some inspiration from yours truly and our fabulous leader, Julee!! Diva Lynda is making us swoon with that butterfly and Diva Andrea is giving us more reasons to love green
Those are such amazing cards that the Divas have posted for our pleasure! I can't wait to have a bit of time in my craft room today to play with this sketch!
Ooh, I love the sketch this week, Maureen! Well done! I'm going to try and squeeze in a little stamping today between watching the Tour de France and Harry Potter.
Really loved this great sketch! Instead of using leftovers for the strips, I couldn't resist breaking into a new MF pad! Here's MY CARD.

Thanks Ravengirl! I made ONE!! Yay!! Week 3 is done! I'm going to look at previous week's now while the glue is drying! I appreciate the encouragement!
if I had my lounge pants on, ladies...they'd be off right now!! The gallery is looking fabulous!! Heading over to see more of the eye candy you all have been providing
Loved working on this one, Moe. It was perfect for using up favorite paper scraps. I got to use the New Mercies set AND my Cricut Flower Shoppe cartridge. Thanks!
I have a quick question as I have only been on the site for a few days. Is there a place to go see the first 2 sketches? or have I missed those? I have tried to look around but cann't seem to find the original sketch. Thanks!
Loved your card, Sheryl...it came out great!
One thing you want to do is...when you upload, or now when you edit, make sure that you put "VLVJul2011" in the keywords section, so that your cards will be in the same Viva La Verve gallery with everyone else's.
That way, everyone can see your lovely work, without accessing it only from this thread.
