Default Viva la Verve! January 2013 Week 5 (1/25/13-1/31/13)


Hello Verve fans!! It's Charmaine here with the sketch for Week 5!
This week is CAS (Clean and Simple) week and my sketch is just that!! In fact, my sample for the sketch is a no layer card. I can't wait to see how you interpret the sketch!

Check out the Viva la Verve Master Challenge Thread for all the details on how to be entered to win a $100 Verve gift certificate by playing along with all of our sketches for the month!

Just a reminder, Verve stamps are NOT required but we love to see you use them. Feel free to flip, rotate, resize, or otherwise alter the sketch as long as we can tell you USED the sketch!


We've had five sketches in January. All five of your cards must be uploaded to the VLVJAN2013 Gallery and linked up in the VLVJAN2013 Sketch CHAMPIONS thread by midnight, CST on Thursday, January 31, to be eligible to win this month's prize! Winner will be announced on February 1! GOOD LUCK!


Keywords for the entire month will be VLVJan2013 and Verve (if using Verve stamps).

Gulp! I think it was 2003 the last time I made a one layer card!! Those are some terrific samples. This sketch will take some thinking for me....

well it looks like I have only managed to find time to do one card for sketch 5. This one is a Valentine's Day card for my sweetie.

Week 5 - Card 1 (Valentine's Day)

Never know though! I might find time tomorrow night to make a couple more cards with this sketch!
