Beautiful card! I too love this saying. I've heard it before and wish I could live by it more than I do. I love singing but never do if someone can here me - I'm a car singer. I love dancing but absolutely suck at it, so I only do at home. And really, I don't think many live as if it were our last!
This quote reminds me of my daughter's best friend who died at 23 of Leukemia and left behind a 3 year old daughter and a 1 year old son. She lived her last months filling their little minds with wonderful fun memories. She had many photos taken of her bald head next to the bald head of her son and asked that she be buried bald so the kids would recognize her in the casket. She loved life! Very nice memories are brought back by this quote.
Beautiful quote Charmaine! And a beautiful card! I love how the stamp is set up with this quote, what an excellent stamp set this is! This quote is particularly important to me because my daughter was a championship Irish step dancer and at competitions, she'd have to dance as if the adjudicators were not watching her -- or she'd get nervous!
So beautiful! My daughter is a senior in high school this year and has to come up with a favorite quote as her "Senior Quote". This is the quote she is favoring at the moment.(That is subject to change because she is a 17 year old girl!!! LOL) But I love this set . Thank you for the chance to win it! Happy Anniversary.
You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, 'I lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.' ~ Eleanor Roosevelt
