Hello Verve Friends! TGIF! I hope you'll enjoy this week's sketch that came to me in a vision during Dancing With the Stars Monday night! HA! I usually plan my sketches from actual cards I've made so this was an experiment! I hope you like the results Can't wait to see what you create for the circle/banner part!
~Details~
Every Friday, a Diva will post a sketch for your enjoyment. Your cards, using the sketches, must be uploaded by the last Thursday of the month (check for the due date below!) The winner will be announced on the next day and will win a $100 gift certificate to VERVE! How awesome is that?! Just a reminder, Verve stamps are NOT required but we love to see you use them. Feel free to flip, rotate, resize, or otherwise alter the sketch as long as we can tell you USED the sketch!
For November, we'll have FOUR sketches! All FOUR cards must be uploaded to the VLVNov2012 gallery by midnight, CST on Thursday, November 29th to be eligible to win this month's prize! Winner will be announced on November 30th! GOOD LUCK!
Keywords for the entire month will be VLVNov2012 and Verve (if using Verve stamps).
If you're new to the gallery, here's a little info on how to add your cards to our gallery...
If you haven't uploaded your cards yet, just click the Upload a Card link in the left sidebar. Keep the default category as Member Galleries. Then follow the form to browse to the photo of your card on your computer, enter a title and description then click upload/submit. On the next screen it asks you for the ingredients of the card and also has a Keyword section. In this section type the keyword for this month's challenges...VLVNov2012. When you're done filling things out, click process. It takes a few minutes to show up in our challenge gallery but as long as you've got the correct keyword, your photo will eventually appear in the Gallery.
If you've already uploaded your cards, you can edit the keywords by going to the photo in your gallery. In the bottom right corner under the information below the picture, there is an Edit Photo button. Click this, then in the Edit keywords section add the VLVNov2012 keyword and then click process. These changes take about 10 minutes or so to appear, but then your card should appear in our challenge gallery.
Ooh Moe! That's a really unusual sketch, I like it! Definitely going to be a challenge, but that the point eh?! Your card is, as always, a little stunner - I hope I can do your sketch proud
I'm trying to figure out what inspired you on DWTS - LOVE that show! Off to see what I can come up with

Had fun with this one. Tried some new embossing powder that gets sticky when heated to apply glitter to these acrylic stars. Very cool!!
Thanks for the fun sketch, Moe! I have some more ideas for it...
