**Viva La Verve February 2011 - Week 4 {2-18-11}**
Hi Everyone! It's Andrea here bringing in the last sketch for the month of February with the 4th VLV sketch! This is my first time designing and hostessing a sketch challenge and I'm so excited to be here! I did include some angled panels (not skewed ) on my sketch, however, before some certain someone(s) get excited...just think of them as triangles and easy peasy!
Details:
Every Friday, a Diva will post a sketch for your enjoyment. Your cards, using the sketches, must be uploaded by the last Thursday of the month. The winner will be announced on the next day and will win the ENTIRE next Verve stamp release! How awesome is that?!
For February, we'll have FOUR sketches! All four cards must be uploaded to the VLVFeb2011 gallery and linked up in the VLVLFEB2011 Sketch CHAMPIONS thread by midnight, CST on Thursday, February 24th to be eligible to win this month's prize! Winner will be announced on February 25th! GOOD LUCK!
Keywords for the entire month will be VLVFeb2011 and Verve (if using Verve stamps)
Excellent sketch Andrea! I am trying my hand at these sketches this month and am enjoying them. That says a lot because I have a hard time with sketches. I am looking forward to trying yours. I for one like skewed panels, but triangles work too!
Since Amy has the new acronym WWMT (what will Marisa think), my WWMT comment is
I'm good with triangles and wish to thank you for not throwing me over the edge with another skewed panel sketch this week (((hugs))). Will enjoy this one once I get last week's done. Fabulous samples, Divas!!!

Yay, Stacey! So glad to see you here! For me, a sketch takes out all of the guess work and makes things a little easier. And don't worry about being "exact", it's really your interpretation. It can be "skewed" if you want it to be!
Looking forward to seeing what you create!

Love the acronym, they seem to be pretty prevalent around here! I know you've got a lot of plates spinning in the air this time of year, so I'm glad to know that you're going to make something grand with this sketch! After, of course, the killer dust bunnies have been rounded up...

Can't wait to see the result of your Friday night crafting!
So many ideas! Please, head, don't explode yet! Did my card for week 3 last night, and tonight is week 4! I'm a first time player, but I'm probably hooked for life now!!!
Andrea - NICE SKETCH! Excellent for your "1st" challenge! I am going to try and see if I can get all 4 done -- I haven't played in a long time! Wish me luck! Thanks for the PDF - I love those!
All the designers samples are WONDERFUL! Can't wait to try this one out. Thanks Andrea!

Andrea, this was a fabulous sketch and I had every intention of keeping mine CAS, but the fancy punched border and bling dictated adding roses and a bow! Here's MY CARD.

(BTW, I like the skewed panels. :P)
I know the feeling of both head explosions and Verve addiction...anyone else here know too?

Good luck, Vicki...although I really don't think you'll need it, I know you're going to come up with some card greatness!
Not at all...just show us your sketch! ~And if you complete all four and link them up to the Champion's thread, you have a chance to win yourself some new Verve!
Really enjoyed this week's sketch! and wow...I finished all 4 VLV challenges for the month...I think that's the first time I've done that! Here is my Feel Better card.
I am glad I didn't look at the design team samples before I posted my card to the gallery - I may have had to start again - the samples all have so much oomph!
I liked the sketch and wanted to do something different for me with it so here is my card.
