Hello Hello Hello!!!!!! TGIF and happy DTGD week! Is that enough acronyms for you? I feel like I'm back in the Air Force, heehee! Anybody ready for a new sketch?? Well I have one for you, so lets see what you've got!
*************************** ~Details~
Every Friday, a Diva will post a sketch for your enjoyment. Your cards, using the sketches, must be uploaded by the last Thursday of the month (check for the due date below!) The winner will be announced on the next day and will win a $100 gift certificate to VERVE! How awesome is that?! Just a reminder, Verve stamps are NOT required but we love to see you use them. Feel free to flip, rotate, resize, or otherwise alter the sketch as long as we can tell you USED the sketch!
For August, we'll have FOUR sketches! All FOUR cards must be uploaded to the VLVAug2012 gallery by midnight, CST on Thursday, August 30th to be eligible to win this month's prize! Winner will be announced on August 31st! GOOD LUCK!
Keywords for the entire month will be VLVAug2012 and Verve (if using Verve stamps).
If you're new to the gallery, here's a little info on how to add your cards to our gallery:
If you haven't uploaded your cards yet, just click the Upload a Card link in the left sidebar. Keep the default category as Member Galleries. Then follow the form to browse to the photo of your card on your computer, enter a title and description then click upload/submit. On the next screen it asks you for the ingredients of the card and also has a Keyword section. In this section type the keyword for this month's challenges... VLVAug2012. When you're done filling things out, click process. It takes a few minutes to show up in our challenge gallery but as long as you've got the correct keyword, your photo will eventually appear in the VLVAug2012 Gallery
If you've already uploaded your cards, you can edit the keywords by going to the photo in your gallery. In the bottom right corner under the information below the picture, there is an Edit Photo button. Click this, then in the Edit keywords section add the VLVAug2012keyword and then click process. These changes take about 10 minutes or so to appear, but then your card should appear in our challenge gallery.
Okay, here's your sketch and a sample from myself and Maureen! I think it's easy to see why we're schmoopies, we even use the same stamps, heehee!
EEK!! Okay, Schmoopy, that is TOO weird! LOL Out of all the luscious Verve stamps we have! LOL We are WAY too sugary cute, just like Seinfeld and his Schmoopy....have we made everyone sick now? LOL
you were too kind not to send it back to me and tell me to redo the sentiment lol It's almost like walking into the same social event wearing the same outfit!

Awww, perhaps...but you both wear it so well.
Thanks for the cute sketch, Amber!
I mixed Up, Up & Away with Blue Skies.
Challenges I participate in: Inspirational Challenge, Sketch Challenge, Feature Stamper, Color Challenge, Ways to Use It, Sweet n Sassy Challenge, Christmas Cards, Word Art Wednesdays, Sweet V's Ideas and I am a proud Tea-Potter Challenge participant.
Wonderful sketch for Week 1. I'm going to try to play along all month using the same paper collection so that I wind up with a nice set of cards at the end.
I am doing all the sketches this week! Talk about last minute! Anyways, here's my card for this sketch. I wasn't sure about this sketch to be honest, I really loved it, but I sat down a couple of times to make my card and nothing happened! Probably just a lack of mojo from an overdose of inspiration from the release!
When it all came together though I was surprisingly pleased with the outcome, hope you guys like it too
