Good morning! One day left till the weekend, hooray!!!!! I hope you have some crafty time carved out so you can play along with our challenge this week, I think you're going to like it
**The Deets**
Every month this year we'll walk through a different room and every week I'll bring you some inspiration pictures of different rooms. You can use these inspiration pictures in any way you want--a color combo, a texture, a style, anything your heart desires! There will also of course be a sketch, the backbone of our challenges! So using the weekly sketches, you'll create an inspired card based on one of the photos provided. I'll also allow your own room to be your inspiration! Of course the only stipulation to this is that you must use the room we're walking-through for that month. Complete all the challenges for a chance to win our next release. Verve stamps are not required, but we love to see' em if you've got 'em!
For August, we are walking through master bedrooms and there will be 4 sketch challenges! All 4 sketch challenges MUST be uploaded to the SCS gallery by midnight on Aug 26th. The last week of the month, I will post a Sketch Challenge Champions thread for you to link all of your projects. One lucky participant will win our next month's entire release. The winner will be announced on Aug 27th. Have fun!
Keywords this month are going to be Verve (if using Verve stamps) and VLVAug2010 (make sure to spell the keyword out right so it will show up in the gallery.

Yesterday I ordered three new sets and I think two or three Plain Jane's. I am going to have to wait until those arrive to finish this months challenges!!!

I finally got to my Viva La Verve Challenges. I chose bedroom #2. Loved the colors and happened to have this wonderful SU retired DSP. Here is my card:
Two down, two to go!!!! Here's my card for week two. I used the second bedroom for my inspiration. I also followed Patty's lead (Tolecookie), and used my Kioshi paper.
