I love snow in the winter. The more the better. The past few years, we have had quite a bit! I love to look out my windows at all the houses and trees outlined in white. So, my challenge is to stamp something in white ink on white paper and color it in. I've seen this often lately and the effect is really pretty.

I'm going to say yes....hopefully Kathleen can answer soon but I know I've seen the technique done with the embossing so the coloring doesn't bleed.
