Map The Way by Cook22 - VSNMAR15E - Saturday, Mar. 7 - 12 noon EST
Challenge Title: Map The Way
Hostess: Sabrina, aka Cook22
Keyword:VSNMAR15E
Date: 12 noon Eastern time, 7th March
The very first thing I thought of when I read the VSN call-out was treasure maps.
So my challenge is a very simple one - use either map stamps or part of a real map on your card.
Bonus points if it's a pirate's treasure map! I once used part of a real map as a background for Snoopy on a road trip. He was headed to a copper mine, and I was so bummed when I made a mistake and had to make a new background - no chance of finding a second copper mine on my map for him to head to.

Hi everybody - happy Saturday!!
I hope you had fun yesterday and are all ready for more today .
My weekend has NOT turned out as I had "mapped it out". It's the only day we can meet up with a friend who is over from the UK for a few days. Chicken pot pie in the oven, chocolate souffl prepping.
So... have fun with the challenge, and I'll be along when DH is dropping her back to where she's staying to see what routes you all chose to follow the map challenge.
We did not get home from errands until 12:15 so I am getting a late start. Here is my first challenge of the day. It took 35 minutes. Sabrina, thanks for the challenge and for being hostess!
I love the suggestions to change the sentiment on my card to make it an anniversary card! Hubby took the picture, so he has seen it, and he likes it.
But will I remember this in October????
;)
One year I couldn't find the special Christmas card I had made for DH. Ever since then I Greece been much more organised if I have made any special card way in advance .
Fun challenge Sabrina. I like maps in general, and they do make a good background. I had set aside an old highway map for use like this, but I would have had to iron out the creases to make it workable, so I dug into the regional map book I relied on heavily in the olden days before GPS. Here's my card.
