Ah, the sounds of VSN! Coffee pots a-gurgling, soda cans popping, foil chocolate wrappers crinkling and maybe a few wines glasses tinkling toward the end of the evenings as we fuel ourselves. I'm sure you can hear paper rustling, scissors snipping, sewing machines whirring and the occasional "exclamation" from the crafter who has dropped her rhinestone or forgot to close her ink pad. Let's not forget the pleasant drone of cartoons or Disney flicks from the living room, the pleas from the kitchen "honey, where is the..." and the songs playing in your own head courtesy of Theresa (Wild Thing) and Tami (When My Dreams Come True).
But wait...can you hear that? Under all of that other noise there is a rhythmic sound. Can you hear it? It's kind of quiet, but I do believe it is the sound of a heart thumping. Please use the technique called thumping to complete your creation

I had never tried this technique and fortunately I do own a few water based markers. And in colors that I like! (imagine that). Neat challenge, I enjoyed it!

DH just went to bed and I think I need to join him. This is my first VSN on EST, used to be CST, its a little different ball game when the challenges are at the actual time you're living in .. . if that makes any sense at all.

I have quit for the night! Actually, I quit quite a while ago. Brain dead. But I can't wait to try this one after dinner tomorrow! It looks like a great techinique.
