After a long hard week and
All day long on your feet
A sistah is ready for a spa retreat!!

So get out your paint can and
And all your supplies
And create a fellow sistah an awesome surprise!!

My challenge to all my fellow sistahs is to use a small pint paint can and create a luxurious gift to keep for yourself, give for the holidays or - for those who want to go beyond – PM me your information by upload deadline and I will send out names of challenge participants and you send your filled can surprise to a fellow sistah!! The swapping part is not mandatory at all, just an idea for a little added sistah fun!

When I get ready for a girls night out I always need help planning my outfits. My friends all know that my husband usually dresses me and lets me know what looks right together, if he's not around when I go shopping I often look at the mannequins for pointers. When it comes to making cards I wish I had those mannequins sometimes. On days like that I look for sketches to help me out. Tonight I am giving you a hand and providing a sketch.

I don’t know about you, but for me, as a busy mom of two little ones, it’s hard to find time for a girls’ night out. When I do, though, I always want to look pretty – feminine, maybe a little sexy – and so when I’m getting dressed for the night, I make sure I choose something that really makes me feel good. Something kinda special that reminds me that I’m still me inside my mommy persona!

My challenge for you is to make a card inspired by this party dress:

Your inspiration can come from anything in the piece – colors, motifs, style, whatever jumps out at you – there are no rules! Just have fun and let your creativity lead the way. My sample card is attached. I will be looking forward to seeing what you come up with!
