NOV10VSNO ~SATURDAY NOV. 13th~ 8:00 PM EST~ Cloud Nine Math
Title: Cloud Nine Math
Hostess: Marilyn (mlj-mlj)
Keyword: NOV10VSNO
Day/Date: Saturday, November 13
Time: 8:00 PM EST
Hi friends! I hope you are enjoying the Cloud Nine challenges.
Many of you know that in my professional life, I use a lot of numbers, math and statistics. So my challenge for you is to do a little "Cloud Nine Math". NO groaning please--- this is easy-peasy math. Make one of the following: a 3 X 3 note card tote, a 3 x 3 note card box, or four 3 X3 note cards.
You can find tutorials here: Card Box Card Tote
To make four 3x3 cards, use 6 X 12 paper. Cut the 12" side at 3, 6, 9 inches. You'll now have four 3 X 6 papers. Fold each in half for a 3 X 3 card. Make card fronts.

Quite a challenge. I went with 4 note cards because my head won't let me read instructions (headache). Trying to do this in 45 minutes was, for me, really hard and it actually took 50. Here they are:
I missed you all too at the STL shoebox swap; I'm sure you had a ton of fun & have some fab cards (as per usual). You know life is good when you have two competing card making events to choose from!
Okay I put this off for a while. I thought I can't do this! I ate, talked on the phone to my gf. Then started putting up sets I used earlier, and found this Seaasonal Birds, and that inspired these gift tags!
I will give them to our womens ministry to put on mugs. That is why I punched holes in them. We will tie them on with ribbon. I will stamp Bible Verses in them.
These challenges are inspiring me to get all kinds of things done! Quite the motivation!
THank you for the Challenge and hostessing!

Fun challenge. Every year I tell myself I'm going to make little gift tags and I never get around to it, and this year you forced me to do it. Yippee. Here are my notecards.
