Hi everyone! I hope you're having a FANTASTIC time here at the Cabaret! I have a great challenge planned for you and I hope you will join us!
My challenge is titled "You Can't Stop the Beat".... THUMPING! Get it, beat... thumping? This is one of my favorite songs... or actually IS my favorite song from the musical, HAIRSPRAY! If you haven't seen it, go rent it NOW!
I really love the thumping technique because it's pretty easy and it adds TONS of interest to your image!
Here is a fantastic Tutorial on Thumping by our own Beate Johns!
UPLOADING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. ALL VSN CREATIONS MUST BE UPLOADED BY 10:00 PM EST on SUNDAY, November 16th.
2. You have 45 minutes to complete the challenge.

This was a cool, but very challenging challenge! I just couldn't get the right idea for what I wanted to do! I finally figured it out, though! Great job for making me think!!!!
I've never tried this before! I'm having so much fun with these challenges...and my 3 little girls are playing Barbies so nicely, too (they think it's awesome they get to stay up "late").

Riley, I LOVE this challenge! I'd never even hear of this technique before and I think I'm going to love it!!

ok got it done but....I don't know if it's my favorite. I think I used 1) wrong colors and 2) wrong stamp lol which makes for an interesting card. LOVE THE THUMPING but I am sssoooo gonna need practice. I'll post it in a sec....maybe

you have to post!! i'm sure it's not as bad as you think it is.... trust me, i've had cards i have thought the same thing about and i post it and i realize it's not as bad as i first thought!
