When you gamble, do you just blow all your money or do you give yourself a set amount to lose? Did you win at Texas Hold 'Em or lose at the slots? You need to KEEP SCORE of your winnings so you know what you have.
My challenge to you is to create a Jr. Legal Padfolio using the attached template, created by the Fantabulous Julie Ebersole (JulieHRR).
Decorate it in ANY way you want to, just use the dimensions provided on the template.
**Below is my sample of the outside of the padfolio. In the next post I'll show what the inside looks like. **

2. You have 45 minutes to complete the challenge.

If I don't have a pad - meant to shop yesterday afternoon but got caught up at my LSS and forgot to go to the dollar store - can I just make one, and add the pad later?

Oh my, I got a steno pad, not a jr legal pad. Because of the spiral on the steno pad this wont work, but, like you mentioned, this would make a great gift, so, I plan to make this!

Searching the house for the Jr legal pad... I chopped them all in 1/2 so I could make mini notepads... but doesn't help me now. Shall I get DH to tape all the pages back together??

I bet you smart crafters can come up with an adaptation that would let those steno pads work just fine! Adhere the flap to the back of the steno pad, cut it a little short of the spirals. Then, dress up the spirals with lots of ribbons!
Wicked cute, Kim! I'll try to pick up a pad tomorrow. Or maybe I have some stashed. I'll have to check. Is is sad that I have no idea what I've already bought to alter? Oh well. Great challenge!

I had big ideas about 2 years ago to alter jr legal pads.....I have about 40 of them! Haven't made a one until today!
