If you couldn't tell from the poem, my challenge is all about the inchworm. These little critters fascinate me! I love watching them wrinkle up their bodies then stretch to the max. I could watch for hours!

Sooo...my challenge to you is to create a project with an inchworm (or caterpillar). No inchworm images? I'm about to make this easy on you...are you ready? How about creating a project using Inchies? If you don't have any Inchies, make your own! If you chose to use Inchies, you can use whatever image you would like.

I've made two samples for your inspiration...one with an inchworm and the other with hand-made inchies. Have fun with the challenge; I can't wait to see what you come up with!

okay, i give up...what the heck is an "inchie"??? lol I was assuming from the sample it was the usage of 1" squares but someone else used the word "inchie" and there were no squares on her caterpillar...???

Here's a link to inchies...I've never worked with them, but they look really cool! My LSS is checking into carrying them, so I hope to try them out soon. If you don't have an inchworm image or inchies, you can make your own.

Inkadinkado produces a line of small image stamps that fit in 1" squares, as well. They're called inchies. Here's a card I'd made for last September's vsn using inchies:

An inchie is a 1"x1" square as far as I know.

Yep, that's what I know it by as well. If you make your own, either use a square punch or use your cutter to make a 1" x 1" square (which is what I did).

Thank goodness you gave us an inchworm or inchie option Tammie. I have no inchworm stamps so I went with the inchies option (although I could not find my 1" square punch so used a 1-1/8" square punch -- hope that doesn't disqualify me . I think my Butterfly Inchie Grid is my favorite of the VSN so far.
