We all know that slimming down is good for the heart, and I, myself, am working on slimming down. I have lost 16 lbs since November 10 with 23 more to go. (not quite how I lost the weight...)
My challenge to you is a slimmed down card of encouragement (for me if you need someone to encourage)...
Oh yes, you guessed it, it's a LIMITED SUPPLIED challenge.
But, because I love you all, it's a pretty easy one... Stamps: Any stamps that encourage or motivate you. Cardstock & Ink: Any you like as long as you include my favorite color somewhere in there - kraft/tan, but you canNOT use more than TWO layers of cardstock. Embellishments: Whatever you need to build a card of encouragement. Explanation: Tell us what about that stamp encourages or motivates you either here when you post your link or the in the description in the gallery. I'll start... For my Skinny Latte image - for one thing, I simply CANNOT function without my latte, so right away this stamp had me. Then, like I said above, I'm trying to lose the weight, so if the latte can do it, so can I! Lastly, this is a digi stamp, so I can make it any size I want; it doesn't hem me into a corner - I can let my creativity free. (Ok, that last one was a stretch, but you know what I mean... )
The inspiration from those women struggling with any type of cancer is what made me use the Ribbon & Rose stamp, of course.

This is a great challenge. I'll have to go thru my 200+ sets to see if I have any that will fit the bill. It's been well over 2 years since I've bought any sets so I'll have to look at each one to see what I can come up with. I usually only do Birthday, Christmas, or Sympathy cards so I'm not sure what I can work with on this one.

this is a stamp that inspires or encourages... it could be anything! whatever speaks to you.
Does two layers of card stock include the image layer? For example, I would want to image on card stock with a little backing showing and then place that duo on the main card.

If your "backing" is card stock, then that would not be within the guidelines of the challenge... perhaps, you could think of something else to "back" your image... I'm just sayin'....
