Your heart can’t sing if it’s not healthy! February just happens to be women’s heart disease awareness month. Did you know that heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women? The Heart Truth campaign uses a red dress to remind women about the need to take care of their hearts. The red dress was introduced as the national symbol for the campaign in 2002. For more information on the Heart Truth campaign, and how you can keep your heart healthy, click here:
HEART TRUTH
Your challenge is to make a card featuring a
red dress in honor of heart health for women! You can use an image or patterned paper featuring a red dress, or you can make your own! Here are a couple of links to inspire you:
A darling dress made from a scallop circle
A delightful dress from punches
A really cool ribbon dress
There are tons of other great examples of non-stamped dresses in the gallery as well! These are just a few to get your creative juices going.

Well...I may have had an advantage in making my challenge card early...but this was a very simple card to make. Maybe 10 minutes!

I love this campaign! Here is my card, this paper by My Mind's Eye is brand new Lush, and the red is VELVET! WHo wouldn't love to have a dress like this?!?
