When I think of summertime, I think of vacations, and vacations we have taken in the past, One of my favorites was watching the Bald Eagles soaring in Alaska. However, soaring could also be parasailing at the beach, soaring in a plane on your way to your vacation spot....... Soaring in your mind just to be going on vacation. So my challenge is to make a card showing how you "soar" for your vacation. It could be showing your special vacation spot (like Alaska is for DH & me), a kite that your kids are flying on the beach, a bird from a bird watching trip, etc etc. So come soar with us with this unique challenge.

Okay, I might be a little off with this. But I guess I have done some spiritual soaring as I took part in some Bible studies this summer. Here's my card:
I'm still rushing to get these done on time. I made a simple card this time: One digi image, a little ribbon, a punched border. But coloring 5 hotair balloons is what took me so long. Thanks Patty, for another fun challenge. (Will upload later)

I'm with Liz. 1st thing on my mind was the scripture verse from Isaiah 40. Toyed with the idea of teddy bears in a hot air balloon. But I just had to go with that beautiful verse and the wonderful stamp set fro Our Daily Bread.
Patty, Thanks for making me think in this challenge. I'm so glad I got a chance to use one of my digi stamps too. Let's go soaring in my hot air Balloons.
Patty, thank you for the challenge! I had to think, and think, and think! But here is what I thunk up last night in bed! I almost got up in middle of night to make it! But had to wait until I got home from taking my Mom on errands today! Here is Soaring Kites!
