"Clean shirt, new shoes and I don't know where I am goin' to.
In case you don�t recognize it, this is the song �Sharp Dressed Man� by ZZTop. Yep, I came of age in the eighties, hair bands, gotta love em!
My challenge is pretty straight forward: Make a masculine card! Get stuck on �manly� cards? Try this � think of a guy in your life (DH, sweetheart, dad, brother, son, the cute guy at work
etc) when he strikes you as �looking pretty sharp,� what�s he wearing? Think of the colors, the patterns, the lines etc. Most guys favor simple colors and non-fussy clothing, you go from there or you can use some of the clues in the song!

**You have 45 minutes to complete the challenge.

Oh goodness, the men in my life consider dressed up as wearing the "good jeans." I'll have to think on this one while putting the laundry in the dryer.

Patty, Loved this challenge. I decided to do a well dressed down masculine card. Realized I put the sentiment on the back instead of the front. It works for me.
You call that dressed up?

I realized when you originally posted this challenge Patty, that I have traded away or gotten rid of any stamp that I used to own that could be a masculine style. I need to fix that, so, ahem, in the meantime, here are my sharp dressed

This challenge just totally cracked me up (and of course I have been singing the song ever since). The first thing I thought of when I thought of a sharp dressed man, was prom, and how much fun it was for us girls to shop with our dates for their tuxes... it was a big deal to have their bowties and cumberbunds to match our dresses. I think that I still have my date's bowtie somewhere in a box. So in honor of those sharp dressed guys, here is my version of a bowtie card.
