Welcome to Verve's Lovefest Challenge Day! If you're new to Verve, our company name means creative enthusiasm. And today we're super enthusiastic to be the featured Member Company! We look forward to checking out all your LOVE-ly challenge creations and getting to know you a bit better!
So let's get to it! As soon as February hits each year I get excited because I know that soon the world will be alive with COLOR again! So the challenge for today is to color your world with Verve's signature colors plus a splash of either pink or yellow, depending on just how splashy you want to get! We're not picky about the shades, whether you like screaming yellow or the palest of pinks, just color it up!
Challenge Recap: Create a little somethin' somethin' with ONE of the following color combos...
aqua + brown + pink
---OR--- aqua + brown + yellow
Upload your creations to your Member Gallery and use today's keyword to play along. Feel free to use any company's stamps and stamp your heart out!
PRIZE INFO: TWO lucky winners will be drawn from the entries to this challenge! Each winner will receive a $25 voucher to spend at Verve Stamps.
UPLOADING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. All Love Fest Challenge Entries must be uploaded your member gallery, with the specific challenge keyword, no later than February 28th, 2013 at 12:00 Noon Central Time to be eligible for our fabulous prizes! Post a link to your entry in this thread.
2. You may not combine challenges, but you are welcome to create multiple cards for each challenge, AND you may combine Love Fest challenge entries with any other Splitcoast or other challenge.
3. Please remember to put in the correct keyword when uploading your image. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos.

For Verve's In Love with Color Challenge- I went with the pink/aqua/brown combo- as it's so happy- and used Verve's Bunny Shake for my image and sentiment. Added a mini white pom pom for his tail. My dear Bunny Staccato also assisted, providing a "tailored" piece of aqua fabric for my creation Here's What's Shaking?

love the colours and that fun little tail! He really looks like he's shakin' what his momma gave him!
Yeah! Got time to make a sample and I sure made that ribbon behave - stitched together and glued down but good! No unraveling this time LOL!

For today's In LOVE with Color Challenge- I used acorrugated coffee sleeve- and some patterned papers- along with Verve's Joy sentiment stamp. Sponged brown and gold ink on a paper flower, and added some bling for fun. Finished with a foam heart, and a ribbon/cord vertical border. Here's Joy To The World

I ah have no Verve stamps so... this is just some scraps on the table that (maybe if you squint) work for the color combo... Thanks for this challenge! I am loving the sentiments I've seen in the gallery with your stamps.
My Verve stamps have been SORELY neglected of late! This was a timely challenge because I needed to make a quick (like less than 15 minutes, quick!) sympathy card this morning. I used the insert to one of my Verve stamps for the background.
