Default Unity 101

Here is all the info on Unity's new mounting system:

1. A number of our stamps are mounted on thin cassettes. These cassettes slide easily into our acrylic handles. The sides of our handles are finished with hard white maple and are grooved to assist handling and placement while stamping. Our cassettes are imprinted with a matching image of the rubber stamp. This image is easily viewed through the acrylic handle. Once removed from the handle, the stamp can be displayed much the same as your typical 3/4” mounts.

2. As you slide the cassette into our handle, it is held in place by a small holding device. This holding device aids in providing a snug fit for the cassette. As seen below, the angle of the cassette matches the angle of the handle. Both of our handles and cassettes are marked with letters {a}-{b}-{c} or {d}. These letters provide an easy marrying system for the user.

3. The cassette is inserted with one simple slide motion and removed with the same kind of ease.

4. Our un-mounted kits include deeply etched red rubber. They are fully cut out and backed with Cling Cushion foam. Simply turn over our handle and adhere the rubber stamp to the acrylic portion. The acrylic portion of our handles can be used with your current collection of clear stamps as well. It is universal and will work with all unmounted stamps.

And many, MANY thanks to Craft Critique for the fabulous video footage from CHA showcasing our handles which can be seen HERE.

Default Unity Uploading Keywords

Hi Unity lovers!!
Have you seen the awesome new changes to the SCS gallery?

Click HERE to view the new, updated gallery. It is full of awesome new categories and you can now search by STAMP COMPANY! How awesome is that?

If you click on COMPANY GALLERIES (the first option), it will take you to a screen that shows the SCS member companies. Then, you can click on the Unity Stamp Company thumbnail and it will take you to the gallery FULL of Unity cards, projects and inspiration!

Check out the Unity gallery HERE!

Do you want to see YOUR cards in there???

Anytime you upload a card using Unity Stamp Company stamps or products, simply use one of the following keywords:

unity
unitystamps
unity_stamps

Please remember, do NOT insert any spaces between your words. The new gallery software recognizes spaces as commas. So again, no spaces and please use one of the 3 keywords above to ensure that your awesome Unity creations end up right where you want them.

Do use commas when seperating different keywords such as: Unity, SC206, jpmayo

(Thanks Jody for this tip!!)

***PLEASE*** separate key words by using a comma
like when using a challenge~
Unity, then the challenge keyword - like this~

Unity, SC160

I know I did that but when I pull up my creations and check, they are not separated by a comma. Does SCS remove them once they are posted? It's weird.

yep- the commas separate the key words, but are not visible.

so:

Unity, SC160 and would show up in BOTH Unity search and SC160 search

Unity SC160 would just show up in it's own little world.

make sense?

Hmmm.. could I be doing something wrong? I used the keyword "UNITY" but my LO is not appearing in the Unity Gallery.

*edited* ooh, it's there now.. realised it takes some time to show up.
