HELP! If anyone on the west coast can tell me what Joey scored tonight, I'd appreciate it. Somehow I missed his score.

7.5 across the board for a total of 22.5 ... thought he was so much better than last week!

Let's see... loved Gilles, Helio and Sabrina the most. Melissa has the prettiest lines and the body of a dancer. Didn't think Emmitt was near as good as Week 1, but part of it was that suit... it was really awful! It was distracting me!!! I thought Kirstie was the worst and should go home, with Bristol a close second. Kirstie's "look" was not cute... that wig!

Thanks! He did improve a little over last week, but the judges didn't think his technique was that great.

My mom said she looked like a man in drag. LOL She doesn't seem to have the same spark that she did the first time she was on the show. (I still like her, though. I hope I'm still that hip at 61.)

Well, Bristol should go home tonight - she was the worst of them.

Drew did better - but was he better than the other men?

The bottom 3 should have Bristol, Kristy and ?????

Who will it be??????

really shocked that Joey was sent home!
I thought it would have been Bristol and Kirstie, they really have people voting for them.
Not sure Drew will make it to the end, but I do enjoy watching him dance and his routine with Cheryl (Save a Horse...) will always be my favorite.

So sorry that Joey went home. I think this show is supposed to be entertaining, and that is exactly what Joey does - he entertains. Bristol has no rhythm and I think she has the personality of a wet mop. Apology in advance to all you Bristol fans, but I really think they brought her back to this show for the "much ado about nothing" factor.

They brought her back to cause controversy. I mean, choosing her over someone like Kyle, not to mention others? WRONG...

Well I take that to mean vote for your favorite dancer or performance. I just don't understand why ANYONE would vote for Bristol Palin. I'm not saying she isn't a perfectly nice girl, but their is NOTHING entertaining about her. She's not funny, she doesn't give an interesting performance, she has no sense of rhythm. So I cannot understand why anyone votes for her. I have voted for people in the past that I had never even heard of before just because they had a good performance.

And the thing that REALLY bugs me is why they ever brought her back to begin with. Her and Pam Anderson (who was justifiably the first to go). All the other stars are pretty good dancers. Kirstie may not be the best dancer, but she did do a good job during her season and she is at least entertaining.

I agree, it made me really angry that Joey who 1- has a great personality, 2- is very entertaining and 3- uhhh, was doing a great job with the DANCING! ended up going home. I missed her dance on Monday, but did see the recap last night and I agree with Sandilotter, Bristol had no personality and what I saw of her dance was not good.

I don't have anything against her as a person, but just don't get what all the Bristol fans are loving about her. I have never seen any sparkling effervescence that makes me say 'gosh I really like her'. I knew nothing about Melissa prior to her being on the show other than she'd been on the Bachelor, but that was my opinion of her almost from the get go.

Beating up Bristol will get you nowhere.
For the record, I didn't vote for her, I haven't voted for anyone thus far.

However I thought this was an entertainment forum.
If I want to read nasty comments I can go back to CE, it's full of it.

Give it a rest for crying out loud.

I was sorry to see Joy go too, but I don't sit back and find fault with everyone else.

I don't think any of the comments about Bristol have been nasty. This IS an entertainment forum. There happen to be people that don't find her entertaining. I have not said anything negative about her as a person. I know nothing of her. It is my opinion that her dancing and entertainment skills are not comparable to the others.

I don't think any of it is negative, either. It's just frustrating. I did read somewhere today, maybe on a FB thread, that some of the DWTS current celeb dancers are really starting to become negative toward her for getting through. I don't think that is fair, because it's the voters that do that.

I just want a good dancer to win, it's that simple for me. The way I see it, she only made it to third on a "regular" show, so what are her chances of matching that in an all-star show? I really enjoy the good dancers like Gilles, Apolo, Shawn, etc., and want top caliber in the final.

Well, my opinion of this is that I don't like the idea of this being a "popularity" show. I believe that those who dance the best should be staying and those who can't dance well should go home. It should be about dancing. And the only thing I can do about it is to quit watching the show, which is what I've done. It's really too bad, I used to look forward to watching on Monday nights, but there are plenty of better ways to spend my time.

And for the record, I don't dislike anyone who's been on the show (except for Kate Gosslin), I just would like to see this become a dancing competition again.

I agree with you. And if more viewers would stick to their guns and quit watching, producers might stop pulling some of their stunts like not bringing back the best dancers on an all-star show.

I would NEVER vote for someone I liked if they weren't a good dancer, because, as you said, it is a dancing show. If I had a fave person that was not a good dancer, I just would not vote at all, but I truly would not vote for my fave person if they weren't a good dancer, and I have done that in the past....

Anyway, hopefully it will all work itself out soon....

That is true, an the judges do also seem to have favorites at times. On that show I don't always think they are all that professional a lot of the time, either. I am not saying to let the judges have all the say, but maybe weight it.

I also thought Kelly said that the first season was only 6 weeks, so that could have made a difference. It was the only season I didn't watch, therefore I can't speak from first hand viewership.

I watched the first season but don't remember much of it. I do know there was a dance-off later between Kelly and John and he won. That was viewer voted.

that Bristol is not the best dancer, not even close...but I have to give her credit for coming back. Not in a million years would I do it.

Wow, what a night of dancing!

The best - yep Shawn and Derek - amazing!!

Now lets get down to the bad - we know 2 of them - Bristol and Kirsty. The 3rd?
That will be hard to say - unless the dress mishap with Heilo and Chelsie do them in.
Emmit and Cheryl didn't really WOW me, neither did Melissa and Tony. Don't know why, they just didn't. Kelly and Val were #2 for me, I think. I have slept since last night - bwhahahahaha. I say they should all start breaking more rules!

It was so typical that Len said they had to ding Bristol and Mark 1 point for breaking hold so they had to, in all fairness, do the same to Shawn and Derek. And then Bruno gives them a 9.5. That's hardly dinging 1 point. And Carrie was such a witch to Bristol and Mark when they broke hold but for Shawn and Derek it was nothing but happy feet.

AGREE!

This would have been a GREAT freestyle but they should not have been scored that high because they broke more than 1 rule. They even laughed before that they knew they would get "in trouble".

I LOVED it but the judges were wrong on this one IMO.
