First of all, there's no way in Hades that Edward Quartermaine or Epiphany Jones would end up on that jury, but that being said, this the best thing they've done since Spinelli has been off his feed. Every time Edward opens his mouth, I crack up. Like today when the the judge said, "No one is going to taint this jury." Edward replied, "I'm tainted! Send me home!" Too funny!

I have been wondering how they are going to play out this Laura storyline. It just seems so fishy to me that she mysteriously gets tired or has some excuse right before Nicholas ever comes into the room.....and also AS IF the hospital staff wouldn't ASAP contact Nicholas as soon as she started showing signs of coming too again....he is her guardian anyway!!! I think I remember her telling Lulu that she had been slowing coming out of it for awhile before Lulu found out...
What are your takes on this one???????
OOPS! I forgot to say that I am really thinking that they will play this out as a hallusination (sp??) that Lulu is having in her mental state. I will be so sad if this is the case though. I really want her to reunite with the rest of the family! It would also be interesting for her to take on Scotty for what he's done to Lulu!

Well, since he's Patrick's brother (and presumably Noah's son), he's probably going to be sticking around for quite awhile. I think they're FINALLY going to reveal that this week, even though we have seen this coming for nearly two months now.
It's been a while since I have watched, like about a month, and today something struck me as strage. When Liz cam down the stairs, Carly didn't rakwe her over the coals. She actualloy apologized for messing up their evening. Did she come to the realization that she doesn't control Jason while I wasn't watching?
I loved the "courtroom" thing with Diane and Kate and Sonny. Cracked me up.
I'm curious to see what deal Epiphany and Edward struck in the jury room. They were at odds last I saw, then they shook hands after the verdict was delivered. What was that about?

I think Jason did tell Carly to back off, but also when Michael was shot Liz and Carly seemed to gain a little more tolerance of each other. That might be why she backed off some too.

I FFd through a lot of the jury deliberations so I was really wandering what that handshake was all about. Should be interesting.
They really didn't explain the handshake....I was wondering what was up with that too. The only thing I could think of was that they were originally on opposite sides and they worked it out and came to an agreement that eventually everyone felt good about and they were congratulating eachother on working it out well together?????
Also, my take on Carly was that she is realizing that Jason has a life, or atleast he is entitled to one. Some of the lines she said after she walked in and found Jason and Liz showed that she is trying to stop being so selfish but that she acknowledges she has boundary issues. I really like this actress as Carly...I think she plays her emotions as Carly really well!
What did you guys think of the fight between Diane and Max?? I love them together..they're kind of a guilty pleasure..Isn't Max and Milo's dad (Vincent Pastore from the Sopranos) coming to Port Charles sometime soon? And what about Ric and Claudia..are they going to put them together now? That might be ok..Ric hasn't had much of a story line lately. I loved seeing Jerry with Alexis today. But yesterday when he was kissing Sam...well that just grossed me out!

I wonder why Kate is ok w/ Sonny? I was kind of hoping she'd stick to her guns.
I think Ric is way under used on that show. He's cute, smart and looks good w/ his shirt off

Exactly!! They have been trying to force this relationship for so long and it's just not working! There was a scene with the two of them on the roof at Windermere the day after the masquerade ball, when the cops had arrived and were questioning people. Emily was still lying DEAD down in the ballroom and they write in this scene on the roof with Nadine and Nicholas, and at the time I was just thinking, 'what is the point of this scene? Surely they're not already trying to establish a history of sorts between these two characters to put them together at some point down the road?' But that's *exactly* what they were doing! I realize this show has a male head writer who may not understand just how offensive that scene could be perceived by fans of the longtime Emily/Nicholas love story, but I thought it was tacky, to say the least.
He and Claudia have great chemistry, so I don't know why the writers don't just go with that. I could possibly see something maybe with Claudia and Ric, except I have heard he may be leaving the show when his contract is up in a couple of months because he hasn't gotten any meaty stories lately.

I haven't watched Tues episode yet, but I remember a few shows ago, when Johnny was visiting Lulu for the first time after getting out of jail, a shot where they made it look like it was shown thru Laura's eyes....someone looking from the inside of laura's door window at Johnny and Lulu going to her room to talk "if my explaination even make any sense!". I am really hoping too, that Laura is really awake. I want to see her interact with her kids, LUKE, Scotty etc! I just love her, she's the best!
I also noticed yesterday how Laura seemed to be "aware" of what Lulu had been saying. I'm sure the next few days will tell.
Is anyone else finding Maxie so much more likeable lately? I used to really dislike her, but even though she still comes up with her little schemes, she is showing a really kinder side of Maxie as well...I guess Spinelli has had a very positive effect on her.
On the other hand, I can't stand Kate. I'm not sure if it's the character I don't like, the actress herself or a combination of the two. Does anyone notice how she always is doing weird things with her lips...licking them, smooshing them together, etc...even after kissing Sonny. It really annoys me...very unnatural looking. Can't wait to see this wedding and all the little surprises that are coming with it...should be entertaining to say the least.
And finally, I don't care for Nik and Nadine together either, but I think it's just because I don't like the Nadine character at all...wouldn't like her with anyone.

It's official...I'm a stamping addict (second only to my "being a grandma" addiction)!

I remember that now that you mentioned it. I had thought it was odd at the time and figured it must be Laura checking out Johnny.

Kate gets shot during her wedding ceremony. Nobody knows who did it. she gets rushed to the hospital and is delerious. Her cousin is worried she will spill a family secret (which I think is that olivia had sonny's baby boy when they were in high school).
Rick Hearst signed a contract for another three years!
