Is anyone else going to watch Vegas?

I wasn't going to but then when I found out Michael Chiklis will be playing a gangster, I set my recorder. I loved him in The Shield and if he's playing a bad guy in this, he should be pretty good.

It aired last night and I taped it......I haven't watched yet....maybe tonight before Grey's..........if its good I will continue to tape......if not...........off it goes...........I will let you know what I think

I recorded it. DH doesn't watch much but Hawwaii 5-O, military, history channels.

He asked to me to record this and Last Resort.

I recorded it but we haven't watched yet. DH is right in the middle of harvest so he's pretty tired every night.

So what did everyone think?

I like the premise of an investigative show set before all the new technology, and I love Dennis Quaid. The only thing I didn't like was the constant screwed up look on Quaid's face. It was overdone.

We didn't like it. DH and I agree that Dennis Quaid is overacting, and Michael Chiklis' character isn't likeable like Vic Mackey was-maybe because he doesn't have his "team" of buddies. The whole show was more confusing than an episode of L&O CI. So we aren't going to keep watching it. We are going to watch Last Resort instead. We can only watch so many shows and we thought the pilot was really good.
