Default looking for a tutorial

I saw a fab project in the su gallery( hostess and door prize gifts) for a work book by Pattie Lee can anyone help me find the instructions please ?

think the date posted was 26/07/2008

I am looking for a tutorial or dimensions for the extra postage holders...they look so cute but I cant find how to make them....thanks
