I posted a tutorial in March or April- but made another card and I think it has better pictures, so here goes......
On this card, I needed a circle for the Sketch bigger than any nesties I had. So, I cut one out using a masking tape roll, and curved the straight punch around it. Here are the steps:
Punch out the edge:
and then notch it:
Put tape or adhesive on the edge- it might be a little tricky to use a wet or liquid glue to get your strip to stay where you put it......
Viola:
A couple of thoughts- the wider the punch is, the harder it will be to go around a smaller curve- try cutting the notches wider on the unpunched side.
Be careful not to cut into the punched edge. You can overlap punched edges if ou run out- so it in an inconspicious place on your circle.
I hope this will help you to use more of the punches you already have!
