In the past, I have made little purses to put gift cards in....if I can find one, I'll post it later today.
You do not have to use the pocket card template I posted...it was just an idea to get you started. Feel free to make *anything* that holds a gift card!
When you upload, please put TLC95 in the keyword section when you upload, and then post a link to your card here in this thread. If you are new to the challenges, or need help uploading or linking, click here.
I look forward to seeing all your creations!
As always, I am in search of suggestions for techniques for future TLCs! Please PM with suggestions and a link to the directions and/or a sample if you can
Oh Beth...this is a perfect challenge for today, and guilt free stamping! I needed to make a gift card for my FIL's Christmas gift! Not only did I get the challenge done, but I have one more Christmas gift checked off the List! I used sketch challenge 101 for my pattern! Thanks to Roxie for such a fun sketch, too! Here is mine- http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...0&ppuser=78862

I just happen to be making this to get in the mail today itís for my nephew. On his fourth birthday he had a pirate party and his mom was suppose to send me the pictures so I could make him a little album of the party. Well we all know how busy momís are so I made this card and I sliced a hole in the treasures chest and slide money in.
Here are the gift card holders I like to make. It is a great way to use scraps of paper and ribbon! Take a 1/4 sheet of cardstock - any color. Then take an A2 envelope and fold it in half. Place a strip of ribbon between cardstock and folded envelope (which you turn on it's side). Adhere ribbon and envelope to the cardstock. Stamp on the envelope. Insert gift card - fold envie down - tie ribbon closed. These will fit in an A2 envie - I like to put them in clear envies -

Ok. Here's another one I made. It's another really simple one. I had to send out quite a few to my customers and didn't have time to make it too complex. TFL
Oh, and if you tried to look at the other one I posted earlier, it's viewable now. I didn't realize that even though I could see it when I clicked on it, that it might still say image pending for you. I'll have to make sure I wait next time after uploading pics.
